# MyWay

MyWay keeps a team's work and the record of that work in one self-hosted product. Kanban and Scrum boards sit next to a docs space where documents carry a code from a board-defined series and a QMS version number, go through formal review with a publish lock, and produce a PDF audit report. Custom workflows, a twenty-two-action permission matrix, form sections with server-enforced fill-in rules, diagrams and GitLab integration are part of the same product, so a team does not run two separate tools and a list of add-ons. It is sold with flat pricing and no per-seat fees: a yearly license, or a one-time lifetime license that never locks the app (only the update window ends). An unlimited number of users work for a fixed cost. Your data stays entirely on your own infrastructure, which suits teams needing GDPR/KVKK data sovereignty or air-gapped deployments.
